Make sure 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)' is NOT checked.

On the 'Outgoing Server' tab make sure that 'My outgoing server (SMTP) required authentication' and 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server' are checked.

On the 'Advanced' tab make sure that the two buttons 'This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)' are both checked.

Now click OK until you are back at the main window, then select the menu 'Tools' and then 'IMAP Folders'
