Current DAQ system consists of four scripts/applications:

spaseDAQ.exe: main DAQ application

daqWatcher.sh: a shell script that starts the DAQ if not running already.

daqViewer.exe: simple application that displays number of events and event rate every N seconds

daqSetHVs.exe: simple application that sets HVs according to configuration file

Cron job info:

    daqWatcher.sh will be run every N minutes as a cron job. It must run under superuser privileges. Any output will be sent as an e-mail to the superuser account. Use .forward to forward any root mail to yourself.
